Do you accept orders outside of Canada and the US?

No. At this time we are only shipping to the US and Canada.

How can I get my jersey faster?

We allow upgrades to personalization times from Feb 1 to Oct 15. You can not speed up a jersey during the holiday rush. You can expedite the jersey production so it ships within 10 working days; however there is a 50% upcharge on the personalization fee for that jersey. To have the jersey ship within 7 working days there is a 100% upcharge. We will refund the upcharge if it fails to ship before the end of its due date.

How much does shipping cost?

Unless noted during the checkout process, the first item is $5.49 and each additional item will be $2.50 up to four items. The exceptions are oversized items. For example Bedroom sets and golf clubs are two such items. USPS Express shipping starts at $25 and each additional item will be $5.00 up to four items. UPS Ground starts at $8 and is $2 more per item up to two items. We only ship to Canada and the US. We usually use USPS Global Express shipping to Canada. the first item is $19.99 and each additional item will be $2.00 up to three items. Carriers may vary for packages shipped from the manufacturer or oversized/heavier packages.

I payed overnight for shipping why did I not get my personalized

Upgrading your ship just ships the package faster. It still takes 3-4 weeks to make the jersey to your specification. The only way to speed this up is to pay more for personalization. You can upgrade this when you place the order or on the order status page.

What is your shipping method?

We use USPS Priority Mail for all ground and orders and USPS Express for 1-2 shipments.
