What is your return policy?
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, or there is an incorrectly shipped item, please contact us and we will resolve the situation. Otherwise you have 60 days from the date of shipment to return the item to us at your own shipping expense in its original condition with all tags and labels intact.
Customized jerseys can be returned or exchanged with a non refundable deposit of $45 unless there is a manufacturer's defect. You will be required to agree to this policy when you place the order.
To receive full credit for returned items quickly and efficiently, please do the following:
1. Enclose a copy of your order and packing list; please ensure that your products are intact and sufficiently protected from stains or damage.

If item was purchased using a check or money order, the refund will be issued as a company check to the billing address for the purchase price. Shipping & Handling Charges are nonrefundable unless we made an error in the shipment.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please send the item back to the above address and cleary indicate the item for which you wish it exchanged. If the item is not currently available you will be issued a credit.
Damaged Deliveries
If an item is received damaged, please notify our Customer Service department within 48 hours via e-mail at returns@uscho.com in order for you to receive a refund or replacement. Please hold the original carton and damaged merchandise for inspection if it appears the damage was caused by the shipping carrier.
