Do you have a retail location?
Yes, we have a retail store in Shorewood, MN. The address is 23510 Highway 7 West; Shorewood, MN 55331. You can save on shipping by arranging to have your order picked up at our retail location. Because we ship from multiple locations, you should check your online order status to make sure all the items of the order have shipped before stopping by to pick up your order.
Do you provide jersey customization?
You can customize most jerseys we sell; this includes NHL jerseys, most Olympic Jerseys (NCAA regulations will apply), NFL jerseys and MLB jerseys. Beginning in the Fall of 2006, certain NCAA teams who approve the process will have jerseys that can be customized. Certain name and number combinations (for example - active collegiate players) can not be used on customized apparel. We also have thousands of blank sweatshirts, tees, jackets, sweatpants and shorts where you can design your own garment.
How do I place an order?
To order, simply choose the quantity and size and click the "Add to Cart" button to place the item in your shopping cart. After you choose your first item, you will be prompted to choose your shipping method so you can see the appropriate shipping and handling charge in your Shopping Cart. Follow the same steps again to add additional items. Once complete you will be asked for shipping and billing addresses, and all information needed in your chosen method of payment.
How do I reach Customer Service/Toll Free Phone Number?
You may reach our home offices at our tool free phone number 888-474-5151. This number rings into our retail store. Its open 9-6 CST M-F. If your call is not answered immediately, leave a voicemail and someone will contact you with one business day.
I can't find the item/size I am looking for, help!
Unfortunately, if an item is not listed on the site, then we do not have that product or size available in stock. This product may be replenished or in transit; however if the product(s)in question have been on the store awhile there is a good chance that it is sold out and will be replaced by a newer item.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders received prior to a price change or after a price change will not be adjusted to reflect the price difference: you will only be charged the amount you agreed to pay when you placed your order.
What are your customization rates?
For jersey varies in the amount of material it uses (twill layers) so rates change for each jersey- please see that particular teams custom fee on the sell page of the jersey section. You can pay 50% extra to get your jersey done withing 10 working days and 100% extra to get it done within 7 working days.
What brand of NHL jersey will I receive?
All 2005/2006 NHL® Replica jerseys are produced exclusively by CCM® and will display CCM® labeling starting during the 2005-06 season. This is a rolling changeover from split labeling of CCM® for white jerseys and KOHO® for dark/alternate jerseys, so it is possible that some dark/alternate replica jerseys will still be branded as KOHO® throughout the changeover period. Starting in 2005-06, all Pro Authentic jerseys are produced exclusively by Reebok® and will display Reebok® labeling. For 2007-2008 every team in the NHL change jerseys to the new performance EDGE series from Reebok. The Replica version is called the Premier. It is no longer branded CCM. It is branded Reebok.
What is a Pre-Order Item?
Pre-Order items are items that are not currently in stock, but are available for advance purchase on our site. A pre-order item is shipped to you once it is in stock. Typically, we include the anticipated in-stock date on the page that you place your order from. You will be notified of the status of your Pre-Order item via e-mail. You will not be charged for any item until the day it is shipped to you. While we list the anticipated ship date, please be aware that we have no control over the shipping date of our manufacturers. We base our shipping information on the ship date that they provide to us. Please note: the date we list on the product page is when the item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when it is expected to reach its final destination. After it leaves our destination, delivery times will vary based upon the shipping date selected by the shopper. Typically Pre-Order items are postseason Tournament items. Although, we reserve the right to offer any item as a Pre-order item, especially if we expect it will be an item that sells quickly. Special Items are items that are ordered for a special event or are items that we carry for our clients at their cost. These items are handled like Pre-Order items, since we do not typically purchase special order items on our own. Special order items include media guides and other promotional items from out clients.
